During his 38-year career, Greg has had some notable commissions. He has assisted in crafting pieces for Elle MacPherson, Governor Generals Rt Hon Sir Anand Satyanand and Rt Hon Sir Jerry Mateparae, continues to craft the annual Sir Peter Blake Trust Leadership awards for their recipients, has worked with the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron for the 2021 Americas cup. and has had pieces worn at the Oscars.

Greg Holland Jewellery is licensed by all International Airports in New Zealand to offer our jewellery tax-free. Our tax-free prices make us one of the most competitive places world-wide to purchase fine jewellery.
If you are flying internationally within 30 days of manufacture from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch airports you qualify to purchase your items of Jewellery duty free. Likewise if you are departing New Zealand by cruise ship.
This simply means that we will not charge you the 15% goods and services tax. And all we require is a copy of your flight or ship details and passport number.

How the process of working with Greg works.
Step one.
After an initial discussion Greg presents his ideas and interpretations of the concept. This is reviewed until the design is finalised. Greg seeks your feedback until he is confident that you as the customer fully understand what is being proposed.
Step two.
Gems and diamond selection is done together with Greg’s guidance. With 30 years of gem buying Greg knows how to selected exactly the right gems for your budget and to maximize what you can achieve with your jewellery.
Step three.
Once you are happy with the concept and the price quoted the crafting of the pieces takes place. Greg will share with you images of this as it happens. Once complete Greg will get your in for a final fitting before presenting you with you completed piece.
Step four.
Each piece can be purchased tax free if you are traveling internationally, comes with an independent insurance valuation and has a lifetime guarantee on our workmanship.

Greg takes seriously the sourcing of materials, only working with gold and platinum that has either been recycled or sourced from our boutique mine in the South Island of New Zealand in the knowledge that extraction is clean, and has minimal environmental impact.
Diamonds are independently analysed and graded to the highest international standards and are sourced from suppliers that deem them to be conflict-free under the Kimberley Process.
